Each category below has different specifications depending on avalibility, some items are ready to ship while others are made to order.

If you reside in the bay area and would prefer to pick up your purchase,
enter the coupon code ( pickupslno3 ) to avoid shipping charges at check out. Then send us an email to arrange a convenient pick up time from our Oakland office.
Collections are made with one of a kind objects.
Each collection is ready to ship within three to five days.
Found objects are ready to ship within three to five days.
Artwork is ready to ship within three to five days.

Pillows and kitchenware are ready to ship within three to five days.
Work vests and aprons are made within two weeks from the day of your order, and then ship within three days.
If your garment is in stock, it will ship within three to five days, we sometimes have ready to go inventory.
We strive to complete orders as fast as possible and deliver quality workwear.
All jewelry is ready to ship within three to five days.
All stoneware is one of a kind and cannot be reordered.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Our method of shipping is USPS priority mail and a tracking number for your package will be provided after you place your order.
We are not currently shipping overseas.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns.
Unfortunately once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled.
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 24 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 24 hours. If you find that an item you ordered is damaged please notify us immediately by email, and we will issue a refund or a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We cannot accept returns made without an RMA #.
